Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by PT. Wisata Makmur Sejahtera, a registered company operating the Bali Celebrant in Bali, Indonesia. By booking or using our services, the client agrees to these terms.

2. Booking and Confirmation

All reservations must be made in writing (email or online booking system).

Bookings are considered provisional until confirmed by PT. Wisata Makmur Sejahtera in writing and upon receipt of the required deposit.

Final confirmation will only be issued after the payment has been received in accordance with our payment terms.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients must provide accurate information at the time of booking.

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, permits, or approvals if applicable.

Participation in any activity is at the client’s own risk.

4. Company Rights

PT. Wisata Makmur Sejahtera reserves the right to cancel, modify or substitute any service, route, or experience due to force majeure, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The company also reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who poses a risk to themselves, our staff, or other guests.

5. Liability

PT. Wisata Makmur Sejahtera acts only as an intermediary for various independent suppliers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by such suppliers or any other third party.

We recommend all guests have personal travel insurance covering cancellations, medical issues, and loss/damage of belongings.

Terms of Payment

1. Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The deposit must be paid within 7 days of the booking confirmation or as otherwise specified in the invoice.

2. Balance Payment

The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 14 days prior to the event or service date.

For bookings made less than 14 days prior to the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:

Bank transfer to the account details provided on the invoice.

Credit Card (subject to 3% processing fee).

Other methods as specified in the payment link instructions.

4. Currency

All prices and payments are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Procedure

1. Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

The following cancellation charges apply:

- More than 30 days before the service date: Full refund minus 10% admin fee.

- 15–30 days before the service date: 50% of total payment is non-refundable.

- Less than 14 days before the service date or no-show: No refund.

2. Cancellation by PT. Wisata Makmur Sejahtera

In the unlikely event that PT. Wisata Makmur Sejahtera cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, natural disasters, or government restrictions), clients will be offered:

- A full refund, or

- Rescheduling of the service at no additional cost, subject to availability.
